The Makers Retreat was a collaborative weekend filled with inspired conversations, artmaking, delicious shared meals, and community at the beautiful Crooked Creek Retreat in Hinckley, MN. A collaborative event co-hosted with Lisa Frank, the founder of Rettlers, the programming of the weekend was expertly done by Lauren Callis, co-founder of Curiosity Studio with special appearances by Mindy Bolton, who led a workshop on improv, and Jeffry Lusiak, who recorded an entire season of his podcast, From Here, around the weekend.
